USC Rossier’s Leadership Month (held in July 2020) included virtual programming normally featured at our half-day, in-person leadership conference. Since large, in-person gatherings were not permitted, we expanded the traditional leadership conference into a month-long, virtual professional development experience. Our slate of programs focused on preparing the next generation of leaders, empowering those already in leadership roles and highlighting the impact of the USC Rossier Trojan Family.

By going virtual, we are excited to extend our reach to a wider audience of participants and engage prominent alumni speakers from across the country. Every session was also recorded so those unable to attend a live session can access the programming using the links provided below.
